Delete Account
If you wish to permanently delete your Oninder account, you can request it at any time by sending us an email.
To ensure your safety and the proper management of your data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to: info@oninder.com

Write in the subject line: “Oninder Account Deletion Request”

In the body of the message, include:

Your full name

The email address you used to register on Oninder

(Optional) The reason why you wish to delete your account

Example message:
“Hello, I request the permanent deletion of my Oninder account associated with the email [your email].
Full name: [your name].
Thank you.”

Account deletion is final and irreversible:
your profile access will be removed and your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. -
For your security, we can only process the request if the email is sent from the same address you used to register on Oninder.

In some cases, we may request additional information to verify your identity.
Response times
We will review your request and proceed with the account deletion as soon as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
