Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Oninder application available on Google Play and to all related services operated by Oninder.

At Oninder, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. This commitment is absolute and is reflected in our internal policies, our technological systems and our corporate culture.

1. Fundamental Principles

  • Protection of children: The protection of children and adolescents is an absolute priority for Oninder.
  • Legal compliance: We strictly comply with all applicable national and international regulations relating to the prevention and fight against child sexual abuse and exploitation, including the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Lanzarote Convention, European Union legislation and any other applicable regulations.
  • Active cooperation: We cooperate with law enforcement agencies, competent authorities and organizations specialized in the prevention, detection and reporting of child sexual abuse.

2. Prohibited Content

Oninder expressly prohibits:

  • The uploading, publishing, distribution or sharing of any content involving minors in sexual or sexually suggestive situations, whether real or digitally generated.
  • Any material that may be considered Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Any grooming, exploitation or attempt to contact minors for sexual purposes.
  • The sexualization of minors through text, images, illustrations, drawings, animations or any other format.

Any content of this nature will be removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.

3. Technological Prevention and Moderation

In order to protect our community, Oninder implements:

  • Automated content detection and moderation systems based on Artificial Intelligence.
  • Tools for detecting suspicious behavior and prohibited content.
  • Internationally recognized technologies, such as PhotoDNA, Google CSAI Match or equivalent solutions, where applicable.
  • Manual review of reported content or content identified as potentially sensitive.

4. User Registration and Verification

  • All users must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older before creating an account.
  • Oninder reserves the right to suspend, investigate or remove any account where there are indications of false identity, underage access or illegal activity.

5. Reporting Channels and Rapid Response

Users can report any content or behavior that violates these standards directly through the application or through our website.

All reports will be treated confidentially and reviewed as a priority. Where there are reasonable indications of illegal activity involving minors, Oninder will preserve the information in accordance with applicable legislation and cooperate with the competent authorities.

6. Training and Awareness

Our team receives ongoing training in:

  • Child protection.
  • Detection of illegal content.
  • Digital safety.
  • Responsible moderation procedures.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

Oninder maintains an active cooperation policy with law enforcement agencies, international organizations, entities specialized in cybersecurity and organizations dedicated to child protection.

Any evidence of illegal activity involving minors will be preserved in accordance with applicable legislation and made available to the competent authorities whenever legally required.
