WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

ONINDER products are warranted against defects in materials and caused by faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date when used in accordance with the respective product user manuals. Warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

10-YEAR QUALITY WARRANTY

Available for customers who have purchased products on www.oninder.com and whose products experience failures outside the one-year warranty period. They will be eligible for a 55% discount on www.oninder.com when purchasing a new device. This offer can only be used once and applies to a maximum of 3 items in a single order. Unless otherwise specified, this offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Oninder reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, as well as to change or update the terms at any time without notice.

WHAT WILL ONINDER DO IN CASE OF A WARRANTY CLAIM?

At Oninder, we stand by the quality of our products. If you discover a defect and notify Oninder during the Warranty Period, Oninder, at its discretion, will replace the product free of charge. Oninder will cover the shipping cost for replacement items.

WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED?

Product serial number (located on the outside of the box)
Proof of purchase, including order number, purchase date, and location (website or store name).
Description of the defect.
Proof of the defect in the form of a photo or video.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This warranty excludes any defect or damage arising from the product being used in a manner other than intended (as indicated in the product user manual), normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of proper maintenance, improper installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damages caused by abusive use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
